Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule HVAC installation projects from point of sale through project completion
- Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team, installation crews, and customers
- Manage and track sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion
- Prepare and review installation job orders, permits, and equipment orders for accuracy
- Monitor project timelines, technician schedules, and material availability to prevent delays
- Communicate project updates and status reports to customers and internal stakeholders
- Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, and customer consultations as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related mechanical/trades industry strongly preferred
- Proven background in sales coordination, project coordination, or scheduling
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM tools, or project management platforms
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC job orders, equipment specs, and installation documents
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a team environment
