HVAC Selling Technician

Valley Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, home of the Truck with the Duck, is a locally owned, fast-growing company expanding our expertise in heating & cooling. We’re seeking a skilled HVAC Selling Technician to help us build and grow this division while upholding our reputation for exceptional service.

This role is ideal for a confident, self-reliant HVAC technician who enjoys solving problems & leading by example. We believe the best technicians aren’t just good with tools but good with people.

What You’ll Do:

We are looking for someone who will be the whole package. Run service calls, accurately diagnose problems, perform repairs, and help customers understand their options for system replacement.
You will have the opportunity to design solutions, present them clearly, and close the deal without handing it off to a separate sales team.

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and tune-ups as part of our service agreement program
• Identify replacement opportunities and present system options with confidence
• Design and quote replacement systems that fit the customer's home and budget
• Represent the company with professionalism and genuine care for the customer

 What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience.
• EPA 608 certification (required)
• Strong diagnostic skills and the confidence to back them up.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and confident working independently.
• Strong communicator and problem solver with a customer-first mindset.
• Sales experience is a plus, but your technical credibility is the real foundation.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
