What You Bring
- Leadership Experience: You know how to coach, train, and bring out the best in a team.
- Organization & Communication: You keep things running smoothly between techs, dispatch, and customers. ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
- HVAC Background: Residential service experience and the technical know-how to back it up w/ a EPA 608 Certification is a plus.
