Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA 608 certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation practices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Responsibilities
- Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, humidifiers, thermostats, and related equipment
- Install and modify sheet metal ductwork
- Route, cut, and connect refrigerant lines
- Route, connect, and leak-test gas piping
- Complete electrical wiring and thermostat connections
- Start up and test newly installed equipment
- Troubleshoot installation issues
- Maintain a clean job site, company vehicle, and equipment
- Complete installation paperwork
- Deliver a 5-star experience to homeowners
