Role Overview
Bell Brothers is growing — and we’re excited to offer flexible scheduling options designed with both our customers and our technicians in mind. We’re looking for experienced, customer-focused HVAC Service Technicians who want great pay, work-life balance, and a company that truly supports them.
What We Offer
- Flexible scheduling — choose four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Deliver excellent customer service and explain findings to homeowners
- Ensure all work meets company, safety, and industry standards
- Complete accurate documentation and service reports
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to quality
