What You’ll Be Doing

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems in customers’ homes
  • Perform maintenance and service on air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues and recommended solutions
  • Use ServiceTitan to document jobs, notes, and recommendations
  • Deliver a great customer experience while representing the Radiant brand

What You Need

  • 2+ years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years)
  • Comfortable using an iPad and ServiceTitan software
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain and recommend repairs
  • Experience with variable-speed equipment and replacing components such as capacitors, contactors, and motors
  • EPA Certification and TDLR license required
