What We’re Looking For
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability on residential HVAC systems
- Knowledge of inverter technology, high-efficiency equipment, and indoor air quality solutions
- Ability to identify root causes—not simply replace parts
- Ability to interpret diagnostic findings and communicate them clearly to homeowners
- Excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated professional who enjoys solving challenging problems
- Valid Texas Driver License
- EPA Certification
