Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components.
• Proficiency in selling entire HVAC systems and ancillary products, providing comprehensive solutions to meet customer needs.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex problems related to HVAC systems.
• Effective communication and top-tier customer service aptitude.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in HVAC service, sales, and repair.
• Demonstrate expertise in selling ancillary products such as indoor air quality solutions.
• EPA certification for refrigerant handling, is preferred.
• Willingness to continue education in the HVAC field.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
