Any Hour Services specializes in Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air and has been in business for over 50 years. We are looking to bring on several  plumbers into our plumbing department. We are looking for full-time members to be on our team. No experience required, but experience can provide opportunities for higher pay and management opportunities! Paid training included. We have a on-site training facility with paid and/or reimbursement programs for licensing and schooling. Full time year round work, and we do not lay off or furlough. This is a professional business. Hourly compensation with bonus incentive included. We're currently seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who is technically skilled, customer-focused, and comfortable recommending solutions that improve homeowners' comfort and efficiency. What You'll Do As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will: Perform maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential HVAC systems Conduct safety inspections and performance testing on heating and cooling equipment Check for carbon monoxide issues, natural gas leaks, and other potential safety concerns Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding system conditions, repair recommendations, and maintenance needs Educate customers on repair options, system upgrades, indoor air quality products, and replacement opportunities Deliver exceptional customer service on every call Collect payments and complete service documentation accurately Maintain truck stock inventory and company equipment Work closely with dispatch and management to ensure a five-star customer experience Who We're Looking For   3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred A skilled HVAC technician who can confidently diagnose and repair residential systems An experienced selling technician who understands how to identify customer needs and recommend solutions with integrity Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities A strong communicator who can explain technical information in a way homeowners understand Motivated to earn bonuses and maximize your income through performance Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule efficiently Professional appearance and positive attitude We Offer  Weekly pay with incentives and bonuses  401(k) retirement with company match Holiday pay, vacation pay, & paid time off Company events & parties Health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, & long and short-term disability insurance QualificationsRequired Qualifications EPA Certification (Preferred) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Pre-employment background check Pre-employment drug screen Join Any Hour Services.
