Job Responsibilities

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, including:

• Gas and electric furnaces
• Central air conditioning systems
• Boilers
• Heat pumps
• Mini-split systems
• Light commercial rooftop units (RTUs) up to 10 tons

You will also:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues accurately
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally with customers
• Complete service documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• EPA Certification (Required)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule
• NATE Certification is a plus but not required
