About the Role:
Services By J National LLC is looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Carrollton, TX! Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system failures
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on residential and/or commercial HVAC equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and maintenance recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records and document all work performed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment
- Ability to diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems efficiently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
