Role Overview:

  • Responsible for the installation, start-up, troubleshooting, commissioning, and servicing of commercial HVACR equipment and systems.

Key Duties:

  • Analyze work orders and plan daily travel schedules.
  • Investigate complaints, conduct tests, and resolve problems.
  • Order and gather components and parts, complete installations, and perform acceptance tests.
  • Maintain rapport with customers by identifying solutions and recommending system improvements.
  • Keep personal equipment operational through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Document service and installation actions.
  • Maintain customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
  • Update job knowledge through educational opportunities and professional publications.
  • Complete related tasks as needed to support operations and organizational mission.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a service vehicle and HVAC contractor work.
  • Preferred experience with VRF and BAS/DDC Controls.
  • Must have own tools and excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
