Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5-Years Commercial Experience
- Preferred experience diagnosing and servicing split systems and package units
- Preferred experience in refrigeration, electric motors, heating units, hermetic compressors, light commercial furnaces, boilers, burners intake and exhaust fans, economizers, humidifiers, low-temperature application, and controls knowledge.
- Preferred experience troubleshooting controls and building automation. Working knowledge of electric controls, VVT, DDC, and programmable thermostat controls of HVAC equipment.
- Preferred experience dispatching and/or scheduling technicians.
- Good Communication Skills
- Must be organized, punctual and dependable
- Self motivated and ability to work alone with little supervision
- Technical knowledge of equipment and ability to diagnose & troubleshoot systems
- Technical knowledge for start-up and installation of HVAC equipment up to 25-tons
- Have a clean, neat and professional appearance; pride of workmanship in their work
- Flexible and willing to work overtime and occasional out of town work
- Must have DRIVER'S LICENSE IN GOOD STANDING AND GOOD DRIVING RECORD
- Must PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
- Must be State Registered & EPA certified
- Must have own hand tools, drills, gauges, and some specialized equipment.
