Compensation

$35.00 – $45.00+ per hour PLUS uncapped commission Top installers consistently exceed this range during busy season.

What You’ll Do

• Lead residential HVAC installations with precision and professionalism
• Install equipment to manufacturer specs, safety requirements, and company standards
• Pre‑measure job sites to ensure smooth, accurate installs
• Properly connect equipment and verify system performance
• Deliver a clean, organized job site and a great customer experience
• Represent Fire & Ice with pride and craftsmanship

You’re the expert in the home — and we treat you like one.

What You Bring

• 4 years of Lead Residential (forced air units and ductless) HVAC installation experience (Required)
• 1 weekend per month on call (Saturday and Sunday)
• EPA Certification
• HVAC degree or equivalent training
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• A professional attitude and pride in your work
• Preferred: experience with installing geothermal systems and boilers
