Pay: $24–$28/hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

At Meyers Heating & Air Conditioning, our field teams depend on having the right equipment, materials, and information at the right time. We're looking for an organized, proactive Purchasing & Delivery Coordinator who enjoys solving problems, communicating with others, and keeping multiple jobs moving forward.

This is a fast-paced, in-office position that plays an important role in supporting our technicians, installers, and overall field operations at our Boulder and Colorado Springs locations. HVAC experience is a plus, but strong purchasing, coordination, and communication skills are what matter most.

What You'll Do

• Purchasing & Vendor Management: Source and purchase parts, equipment, and materials while balancing competitive pricing, availability, and delivery timelines. Build vendor relationships and follow orders through to completion.
• Job Coordination: Manage purchasing needs across multiple service and installation work orders, prioritizing urgent requests and keeping the field team informed of delays or changes.
• Communication & Follow-Through: Make and receive calls with vendors and team members, resolve issues, and proactively follow up to keep jobs moving. Know when to escalate concerns before they become bigger problems.
• Warehouse Oversight: Provide daily direction to our Warehouse Specialist, coordinate inventory and material readiness, and serve as backup for receiving and inventory responsibilities. Grow into additional supervisory responsibilities over time.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate purchasing records, follow established processes, obtain installation permits, and complete required documentation using FieldEdge, Excel, and online platforms.
• Occasional Deliveries: Pick up or deliver parts and equipment as needed to support field operations.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, scheduling, administrative coordination, or a similar role; equivalent experience considered.
• Excellent phone communication skills and comfort making and receiving calls throughout the day.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers, Excel, web-based systems, and online ordering.
• Ability to provide direction and accountability to another team member.
• Valid driver's license, ability to meet company insurability requirements, and ability to pass a job-related background check consistent with applicable law.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred:

• HVAC, construction, or service-industry experience.
• Purchasing, inventory management, or work order coordination experience.
• Familiarity with FieldEdge, ServiceTitan, or similar software.

$24–$28/hour DOE

This is a full-time, in-office position in Boulder, CO, with occasional additional hours based on business needs.
