What you’ll do:
- Lead daily install operations and own the department’s monthly gross margin goals.
- Coach and develop your team through monthly one-on-ones, ride-alongs twice a week, and weekly training.
- Build a quarterly training plan, and partner with service managers on technical training.
- Keep quality and safety high.
- Handle customer concerns with the goal of 100% satisfaction.
- Make sure permits and inspections pass the first time.
- Work with the Warehouse and Fleet Manager on monthly truck inspections and inventory counts.
- Partner with the Director of People on staffing plans.
- Take part in leadership meetings, including the daily huddle, weekly L10, and monthly reviews.
What you bring:
- Five years of HVAC Install experience.
- Experience in a leadership position.
- A track record of inspiring people and helping them grow.
- Proven ability to drive team performance and hit business goals.
- The ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Confident, clear communication and presentation skills.
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
