HVAC Service Technicians Wanted – Earn Up to $150K+ | Join the Mountain Air Team!
Mountain Air Mechanical, a NearU company in Arden, NC, is seeking Residential HVAC Service Technicians. At Mountain Air Mechanical, a NearU Company, we are committed to our employees, their professional development, and their work-life balance.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and components
- Perform system installations, replacements, and upgrades
- Provide routine maintenance services for heating and cooling systems
- Build accurate, on-the-spot repair estimates for customers
- Educate customers on system maintenance and recommended repairs
- Ensure all work meets local and national HVAC codes
- Mentor and support junior technicians
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Complete service documentation and other tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- EPA certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor environments
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

- Base pay: $28–$35+ per hour
