Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)
$20–$25/hour | Full-Time

What You'll Do

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while delivering outstanding customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Service, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
  • Perform inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Install, wire, and start up residential HVAC equipment
  • Diagnose system issues and recommend appropriate repairs
  • Explain repairs and maintenance recommendations to customers
  • Coordinate daily schedules with dispatch
  • Order and manage parts needed for service appointments
  • Complete digital service reports accurately and on time
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
  • Ensure every job site is left clean and professional
  • Follow all company safety standards and procedures
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit

We're looking for candidates who have:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
  • EPA Certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer and tablet proficiency
  • Ability to work overtime or occasional weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications
  • HVAC Trade School Certification
  • Experience in construction or related trades
  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to:

  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Climb ladders and work at heights
  • Bend, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces
  • Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Safely operate company vehicles
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
