Position Overview
In this role, you'll put your expertise to work diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer service in our customers' homes. What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (focus on heat pumps)
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and filter changes
- Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and recommendations
- Deliver top-tier customer service with professionalism and care
- Discuss products and services with customers comfortably
- Work closely with dispatch, parts, install, and management teams
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and stock inventory as needed
- Accurately complete job-related paperwork and documentation
- Participate in ongoing training to grow and develop professionally
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service, diagnosis, and repair experience
- EPA Certification required
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting background
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience with ServiceTitan software is a bonus
- NATE Certification a plus
