WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize commercial and industrial HVAC systems (York, Trane, Desert Aire)
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls failures.
  • Maintain cultivation environmental conditions, including temperature, humidity, differential pressure, and airflow.
  • Support operation of Air Handling Units (AHUs), Rooftop Units (RTUs), Chillers, Dry Coolers, Cooling Towers, Dehumidification Systems, Exhaust and Makeup Air Systems, Fan Coil Units, Split Systems, Refrigeration Equipment
  • Monitor and optimize energy usage while maintaining environmental targets.
  • Perform commissioning and recommissioning of HVAC equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain Building Automation Systems (BAS).

PREFERRED TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

Candidates should possess significant experience with the following:

  • Commercial HVAC systems
  • Industrial HVAC systems
  • Refrigeration systems
  • Building Automation Systems (BAS)
  • Direct Digital Controls (DDC)
  • Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
