Position Overview: Are you an experienced HVAC Installer who takes pride in clean, high-quality work? We are exclusively recruiting for a premier family-owned heating and cooling company in the Central Connecticut area. They are actively turning away work and need a lead installer who can run a job site from start to finish without micro-management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation of Central Air Systems, Heat Pumps, Furnaces, Boilers, and Mini-Splits.
- Execute Line Set Installations and ensure pristine job site cleanup.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
- Guide and teach less experienced team members on best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Current Connecticut S2 License.
- Completion of an HVAC Trade School program.
- Self-starter mentality with a focus on doing the job right the first time.
