What YOU Will Do
- Assist with the installation of residential HVAC equipment
- Work side-by-side with experienced installers and technicians
- Pre-stage tools, parts, and materials for job-site readiness
- Help measure, prepare, and execute installations efficiently
- Operate hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ensure installations meet company standards, safety requirements, and manufacturer specifications
Who YOU Are
- 2+ years of residential HVAC install experience preferred
- Motivated to learn, grow, and advance within the HVAC trade
- Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law
