As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced technicians, learn valuable trade skills, get paid while you learn, and build a long-term career in a growing industry. What You'll Do
- Assist with installing HVAC equipment, ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, and thermostats
- Help load materials and prepare job sites
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Support lead installers with measurements, equipment setup, and job-site tasks
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Learn installation techniques, codes, and industry best practices
- Deliver professional service at every job site

Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Interest in building a career in HVAC or the skilled trades
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed
