Job Overview
We're looking for a dependable and customer-focused HVAC Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll perform routine maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups on residential heating and cooling systems to help customers keep their equipment operating efficiently year-round.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
- Complete seasonal tune-ups and equipment inspections.
- Identify worn or failing components and communicate findings to customers.
- Recommend repairs or additional services when needed.
- Clean and inspect HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Complete digital work orders and maintenance reports accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous HVAC experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- EPA Certification required.
- RMGA Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions.
