HVAC Installation Dispatcher

$23.00 – $25.00 per hour + Performance-Based Bonuses

Overview

Sierra Pacific Home & Comfort is seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused HVAC Installation Dispatcher to coordinate installation crews, customers, and internal teams. This position is responsible for keeping installations properly scheduled, prepared, and moving efficiently from sold job through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC installation crews based on job requirements and availability
• Coordinate communication between installers, customers, Design Supervisors, Operations, and warehouse
• Review upcoming jobs to ensure equipment, materials, permits, and documentation are ready
• Monitor installation schedules and proactively resolve delays or conflicts
• Communicate installation dates, arrival windows, and schedule changes to customers
• Support installation crews with job information and scheduling needs
• Maintain accurate job notes, statuses, and scheduling information in ServiceTitan
• Track project progress and assist with installation department reporting and KPIs
• Provide excellent customer service and promptly address issues or escalate when necessary

Requirements

• HVAC, construction, dispatch, project coordination, or home improvement experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan, Outlook, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when needed
• Must comply with company drug-free workplace policy
