Fusion Home Services is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated HVAC Installation Helper to join our growing team!
We are a locally owned and operated company serving the Hampton Roads area. We take pride in providing quality heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and insulation services.
We are looking for someone with 2–4 years of HVAC installation experience who is eager to continue learning, works well with others, and wants to grow their career in the HVAC industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with installing heating and air conditioning systems.
- Help install furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-split systems, and ductwork.
- Assist with removing and replacing existing HVAC equipment.
- Carry tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
- Help prepare and clean up job sites before and after installations.
- Follow company safety procedures and installation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work truck.
- Work closely with the installation team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications

2–4 years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
- Experience installing residential heating and cooling systems.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and installation procedures.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas.
- Comfortable working in hot and cold environments.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning.
