Position Summary:
Step into a high-performance opportunity with IRBIS Air Plumbing Electrical as an HVAC Installer, where your skills directly drive your income. You’ll install furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits and full systems, directly impacting revenue, customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Core Responsibilities:
- Install new furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, air conditioners and ductwork in a residential setting
- Install IAQ accessories and deliver clean, efficient, code-compliant installations on every job
- Educate customers on how to use and maintain their new equipment
- Work as part of an install team to complete jobs efficiently and accurately
- Fill out detailed reports and keep records on all completed work
- Strictly follow all safety policies and procedures on every job site
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as an HVAC Installer
- Must provide own hand tools
- Must be able to handle a physical workload
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Pay Range: Clear Path to $160K Annually!
Compensation Breakdown:
- Hourly: $32–$52/hr
- Performance Bonuses (customer reviews and output)
- Top 3 Earners Make $130K–$160K Annually with Performance Pay Included!
Location: San Jose, CA
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday OR Monday–Saturday
- 9–12 Hour Shifts
- Weekend Availability
