Position Summary:
Step into a high-impact HVAC Sales role with IRBIS Air Plumbing Electrical in San Jose, CA, where your performance directly drives your income. This is a commission-only opportunity with a proven path to $212K+ annually, backed by 100% company-provided leads, premium tools, and a system built for closers. You’ll run pre-qualified calls, design comfort solutions, and close high-value HVAC sales.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy, results-driven communicator who thrives in fast-paced, performance-based environments. They bring confidence, urgency, and technical credibility, with the ability to build trust quickly and guide homeowners to decisive action. Core Responsibilities:
- Traveling to the customer's houses
- Inspecting properties
- Performing load calculation
- Providing multiple options for systems
- Educating customers on different equipment
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment and IAQ accessories
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HVAC Sales or other related sales roles (home services or home improvement preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of ServiceTitan is preferred
- Have a strong sales background and knowledge of HVAC systems is preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
Pay Range: Proven Path to $212K+ Annually!
Compensation Breakdown:
- Commission Only
- Annual Range: $170K-$212K+, Depending on Experience
- Top Performers making $300K-$460K
Schedule:
- Mon - Fri or Mon - Sat
- 9-12 Hour Shifts
- Weekend Availability
