Polestar Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is growing fast, and we’re looking for a data-driven and performance-minded HVAC Service Manager who can lead our service team with precision, accountability, and high-performance energy. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HVAC service technicians to hit (and exceed) daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Own and improve team performance in key metrics such as:
- Revenue per Tech / per Day
- Average Ticket & Close Rate
- Membership Conversions & Renewals
- Recall Percentage
- Customer Satisfaction / Google Reviews
- Run daily huddles, ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure technicians follow Polestar processes, pricing, standards, and safety protocols.
- Monitor dispatch board, capacity, call flow, job accuracy, and profitability.
- Partner with leadership to set monthly goals, adjust KPIs, and implement performance plans.
- Ensure proper training on diagnostics, communication, customer experience, and service-based selling.
- Foster a positive, accountable, growth-oriented team culture.

- Proven experience managing HVAC service teams in a residential environment.
- Strong ability to analyze numbers, interpret performance data, and coach based on KPIs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to train technicians in both technical and customer-facing skills.
