Immediate Opening for HVAC Service Technician - Join Our Growing Team


Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Service Technician, where your expertise will ensure optimal comfort, energy efficiency, and reliable operation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. We are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers and fostering a supportive environment for our technicians to grow their skills and careers.


Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment, building comfort issues, energy efficiency concerns, and related problems.

- Present findings, options, and pricing to customers, offering professional advice and solutions.

- Complete approved repairs, improvements, or installations efficiently, adhering to industry standards and pricing guidelines.

- Maintain a clean work area and ensure equipment is properly cleaned after service.

- Ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering quality workmanship and professional service.

- Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly as per management guidelines.

- Collect payments for services rendered in accordance with company procedures.

- Maintain and ensure the proper condition of the service truck and tools.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing HVAC/R systems.

- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R equipment, building systems, and energy efficiency practices.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to present technical information clearly and professionally to customers.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Physical ability to perform service tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.

- EPA 608 Certification
