Responsibilities:
- Complete all general HVAC in-home service calls.
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
- Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
- Be accurate and timely with job documentation, estimates, invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
- Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
Requirements:
- 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
- Develop a proven track record in diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems
- EPA Universal certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Continued education and training to obtain NATE certification
- Knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to make on-the-job applications
- Ability to work in a positive team environment
- Self-starter who can get the job done
- Develop a proven track record in pipe repair, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and repair
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Strong verbal and written communications
