What You’ll Do

As a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician, you’ll help homeowners keep their heating and cooling systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on residential HVAC systems
• Inspect air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipment
• Identify potential issues before they become major repairs
• Clean and replace filters, coils, and system components
• Test system performance and ensure proper operation
• Educate homeowners on system care and maintenance recommendations
• Document service findings and recommendations accurately
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicles
• Follow safety procedures and company quality standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every visit

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• HVAC maintenance or related mechanical experience preferred
• EPA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

This position requires:

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
• Working in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions
• Standing, kneeling, climbing, bending, and working in tight spaces for extended periods

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Rotating on-call or overtime opportunities during busy seasons
