What You'll Do

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll be the hero who keeps our customers comfortable. You'll diagnose, repair, maintain, and optimize residential heating and cooling systems while delivering five-star service with every visit.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
• Educate homeowners on system performance and available solutions
• Present repair and replacement options with confidence and integrity
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

• HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellence
