We don’t just fix HVAC systems—we protect the trust homeowners place in us. Our technicians are the face of our company inside our customers’ homes, and we’re looking for someone who takes that responsibility seriously.
Our philosophy is simple:
Sell It. Own It. Complete It.
If you can diagnose residential HVAC systems, communicate confidently with homeowners, present repair and replacement options without pressure, and take ownership of the customer experience from start to finish, we want to meet you.
Why Join One Hour?
We are locally owned and operated in San Antonio and backed by One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and Authority Brands, giving our technicians the best of both worlds: the resources and systems of a national organization with accessible, hands-on local ownership.

- Company vehicle and provided resources
- Top-of-the-line HVAC and indoor air quality solutions
- Proven pricing, processes and systems
- Ongoing technical, sales and communication training

- Interested in building a career with a growing company
Requirements
- Residential HVAC service and sales experience
- EPA certification
