You will mentor technicians, lead field activities, and ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
The role requires 6+ years in HVAC, EPA 608 Universal certification, and strong problem-solving and leadership abilities. A comprehensive benefits package supports health, retirement, and professional growth.
Qualifications
EPA 608 Universal certification is required.
High School Diploma or GED with 6+ years of HVAC experience.
OSHA safety certification is preferred.
Advanced skills servicing commercial HVAC systems.
Responsibilities
Trains technicians and assists with field leadership, audits, and planning.
Performs service calls on commercial HVAC systems, diagnosing issues.
Analyzes and resolves customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
Inspects equipment and performs preventive maintenance and diagnostics.
Supports field supervision, site planning, and estimating.
Promotes products and services while maintaining safety and compliance.
