The Service Stars Difference

You’ve seen what’s happening to the trades. Big private equity firms are buying up the local guys, turning technicians into numbers on a spreadsheet and "customer service reps" into sales bots. They focus on the upsell; we focus on the install.

At Service Stars, we’re family-owned and operated for over 15 years and counting. We know that a company is only as good as the guys in the crawl spaces and on the ladders. We're not looking for another "cog in the machine" -- we want a dedicated HVAC Install Helper who takes pride in a clean braze, a level pad, and leaving a customer’s home better than they found it.

What’s In It For You?

  • Quality Benefits for Real Life: We cover 50% of a high-tier medical, dental, and vision plan. Other shops brag about "100% coverage" on trash plans with $10k deductibles. We invest in better plans because we actually want your family protected.
  • Wealth Building: A 401(k) with a 4% company match to help build your future while you’re building our installs.
  • Paid Training & Growth: We don't just throw you to the wolves. We provide paid training sessions and a clear path for professional development. If you want to move up, we provide the ladder.
  • Incentives for Excellence: Beyond your base, we offer performance-based incentives. When you kill it, you get paid for it.
  • Stability: We aren't going anywhere. We offer year-round job security and a dress code with uniforms provided by us.

Are You the Right Fit?

  • You’re a Pro: You have a clean driving record and a valid license. You’re punctual because you know the team is counting on you.
  • You’re a Communicator: You can explain a system to a homeowner and coordinate clearly with your Team Lead without the "fluff."
  • You’re Gritty: You don’t mind the 50+ lb lifts, the ladders, or the occasional tight crawl space. You handle the heat and the cold because that’s where the work is.
  • Experience: Ideally, you’ve got 1 or more years in residential HVAC, but if you have the right attitude and basic hands-on skills, we want to talk.

Your Day-to-Day

  • The Build: Performing high-quality installations of new HVAC systems in residential homes.
  • The Prep: Assisting in loading the trucks with the right tools and gear so you aren't hunting for a wire nut in the middle of a job.
  • The Mission: Working with Install Lead Technicians to knock out the daily schedule and stay ahead of the curve.
  • The Respect: Treating every client’s home like it’s your own. We’re guests in their houses, and we act like it.
