$24+/hr to Start • 2% Sales Commission • Steady Call Volume

D&D is growing in Midland, and we're looking for a solid HVAC tech who can run their own truck, take care of customers, and do good work. If you've got at least 2 years of running calls, can diagnose with confidence, and are comfortable talking homeowners through their options, let's talk.

You'll run your own truck and handle residential service calls — diagnosing accurately, walking customers through what's going on, and completing clean, professional work every visit.

Requirements

 What You'll Do

• Run your own truck and handle residential service calls
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
• Walk customers through the issue and present clear options
• Complete the work to a clean, professional standard

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of running service calls independently
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Strong customer service and communication
• Takes pride in doing things the right way — reliable and easy to work with
• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience required
• EPA 608 certification required
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
